Inspired by my school buddy

I happened to visit my friends Blog website today. I dont have the habit of penning down my daily thoughts on a diary, but I do have the habit of sitting in front of the computer for 8 + hours a day...thats my job...and Blogger.com is a great website to jot down your thoughts...Keep up the good work Bloggers...I wouldnt mind paying for this service, coz its so kewl...

Trip to Maine

This trip was not meant to be...but Maine was only an hour and a half worth of drive from Boston, so we decided to visit some beaches and lighthouses in Maine. We went to York Beach, a very nice and old town on the south coast of Maine. While I was in York Beach, I already saw 3 light houses. FYI, Maine has 68 light houses - which I plan to visit all of them the next time - Light House Tour of Maine..

The best of the 3 light houses I saw was called The Nubbles..The light house is on a small piece of land (cant even call it as an island) separated from the coast by 200 feet. To get to the light house you have to use a cable car sort of carriage which is not in use any more. The point is ...you cannot get to the light house..You have to enjoy it from Maine land..
